April’s Daily Facebook Live Meditation Links and Resources
In an effort to help everyone connect and find a few minutes of mental peace, I’ve started sharing meditations via Facebook Live every day at 12p pst. You can watch them live or any time after on my Facebook page here: Jessica Kinni. I’m posting links to the meditations for anyone who might want to do them on their own, so I will be compiling a list and updating it when possible with each meditation. I started recording these in March so you can scroll through my blog and find the entire archive. Additionally, if you have a meditation recommendation, please scroll to the bottom and leave it in the comments. Thank you!

April 27th, 2020 - Watch on Facebook: Meditation for Intention-Setting
Today we are trying a Guided Meditation for Intention-Setting by Tris Thorp, that I found here on the Chopra Center Website. April 26th, 2020 - Watch on Facebook: Sunday Inspiration Prompt
Today's Passage was found by me opening my journal created by Alana Fairchild to a random page and reading the inscription! What luck, it gave us a very nice prompt for meditation -

April 25th, 2020 - Watch on Facebook: Saturday Inspiration Prompt
Facebook Live doesn't always work seamlessly on the weekend so, rather than get kicked off mid-meditation and leave everyone hanging on Saturdays and Sundays, I've decided to share a thought or passage or mantra that inspires me, and we can all read it before meditating.
I plan to read the passage and then close my eyes, focus on my breath, allow myself to relax physically and mentally, and then sit in meditation (fully accepting that my mind may wander).
Today's Passage is from the Deepak Chopra book: The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success
The Law of Giving: The universe operates through dynamic exchange...giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.
