Writing Meditation Prompts for Happiness
Not all meditation includes sitting quietly with your eyes closed, there are actually many forms of meditation, and one of my favorites is “writing meditation.” Writing meditation is the practice of letting yourself go and feeling free by writing whatever comes to your mind without censorship or expectation. Writing meditation is a great way to unwind, slow yourself down and get grounded. I love giving myself a prompt and just seeing where it takes me, and I’m always amazed at how the words that flow from my pen seem to be just the ones I needed to read…and funny enough they were right there inside of me just waiting to come out!
I’d like to invite you to try my writing meditation prompts for happiness and see how you feel after trying 1 (or all) of them. This is an excellent practice for any time you need to get centered or need an extra dose of happiness…it’s one of my favorite ways to hack happiness into my day and I hope you enjoy it too.
